With a passion for using my technical skills to aid others and meet real-world needs, I bring over two decades of technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of the SDLC and user experience. I have a proven track record including understanding project goals, gathering and defining requirements, root cause analysis, and resolving defects to ensure usability and functionality. On top of being an excellent tester :) I've also managed servers, been a frontend web dev, product owner, project manager, and production coordinator.
